the location was excellent, very close to san marco square and the rialto bridge. many cafés and restaurants were just outside the hotel, also a gelateria was next door. staff assisted me a lot and they were friendly.

The walls were thin. I could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway.

The 'family' room proved too small. the air conditioning was noisy. It severely hampered sleep. turning it off made the room uncomfortably hot.
