perfect location private gondola

this accommodation had a perfect location for all activities. the staff helped with recommendations and directions. they even organised a private gondola (it was amazing!).

the hygiene was noticeably bad. there were insects and a lot of ladies' hair on the sofa and bed sheets. i believe they didn't replace it after use, which isn't acceptable.

during my stay, i noted there was no elevator, which may be difficult with heavy luggage.

central and convenient stay

excellent location friendly staff nearby restaurants

the location was excellent, very close to san marco square and the rialto bridge. many cafés and restaurants were just outside the hotel, also a gelateria was next door. staff assisted me a lot and they were friendly.

The walls were thin. I could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway.

the location was acceptable, specifically its proximity to the rialto bridge.

The 'family' room proved too small. the air conditioning was noisy. It severely hampered sleep. turning it off made the room uncomfortably hot.
